Audrey Wubbenhorst is the Founder and Principal of ARW Group Inc., a consultancy specializing in governance, strategy, and stakeholder engagement for international and non-profit organizations. With over two decades of experience across higher education, public institutions, and professional associations, Audrey has supported numerous boards and committees in strengthening governance frameworks, refining policy, and aligning operations with mission and values.
She has served as a governance advisor and facilitator for a variety of organizations. Her work is informed by a deep commitment to transparency, accountability, and inclusive decision-making. She has expertise in equity work particularly around gender equity and accessibility for people with disabilities.
Audrey holds an MA in Communications and an MBA as well as a directors designation. She has worked in Canada, the US, Colombia and the Balkans.
